His tenure at West Shore Home as an In-Home Design Consultant provided hands-on experience in leading client engagements, designing tailored solutions, and managing post-sales customer satisfaction. Here, John-Glen learned the value of interactive, personalized customer experiences, which he now integrates into SETC Pros’ service model. He also leveraged his customer relationship expertise during his time at National Tank and Equipment, where he worked as an Automation Specialist, ensuring that customers’ automation systems met their specific project goals and exceeded expectations.

In his role at SETC Pros, John-Glen is known for his focus on enhancing customer interactions, ensuring that every touchpoint—from initial inquiries to post-transaction support—creates a positive, lasting impression. He has successfully implemented systems that streamline communications and improve service delivery, strengthening customer loyalty and trust.

John-Glen’s academic foundation includes a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and an MBA with a specialization in Project Management from Waynesburg University. His leadership style is both strategic and empathetic, rooted in his diverse professional experience spanning technology, operations, and customer service.

Outside of his professional career, John-Glen is passionate about giving back to the community. He co-founded The Sunflower Project, a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting individuals dealing with loss. Through initiatives like scholarships and community-based healing activities, he has helped create a platform for compassion and resilience. His leadership extends to athletics as well, where he has served as a mentor and coach, guiding young athletes to success both on and off the field.
